Lloyd E. Mannen

Lloyd E. Mannen, age 83, a resident of Chester, died at his residence, following a long illness.
He was born in San Diego, CA and had worked his adult as a carpet installer. He then owned stables with show horses in Port Angles, WA. He moved to Plumas County in 2001, where he resided until his death.
He is survived by his children, Debbie Johnson, Jody Barr, Lloyd Mannen, Jr., Pam and Paul Wells. Private inurnment was by Blair Mortuary, Chester.
