Mandatory evacuation ordered for Bucks Lake and Meadow Valley, 70 corridor to Twain

The Plumas County Sheriff’s Office just issued a mandatory evacuation order at 3: 13 p.m July 18 for the Bucks Lake and Meadow Valley areas, and the Highway 70 corridor from Rich Bar to Twain. Residents are being told to leave the area immediately.
