UPDATED: Mandatory evacuations expand to include Caribou Road north, and Prattville Butt Reservoir Road
UPDATED 3:19 p.m.: The evacuation order has been expanded to include the community of Seneca south to Highway 70.
The Sheriff’s Office is reiterating that the order does not include Canyon Dam or Lake Almanor.
At 2 p.m. today, July 19, the Plumas County Sheriff’s Office expanded its mandatory evacuations to include Caribou Road north to Humbug Road and Humboldt Road intersection, and Prattville Butt Reservoir Road and everything west to the Butte/Plumas County line.
