New acting CEO named at EPHC
At a special meeting of the Eastern Plumas Health Care Board of Directors on Thursday, Oct. 24, Director Gail McGrath announced a report of actions taken in closed session of a special meeting held Oct. 22 at the Loyalton campus.
“On October 22, the board unanimously voted to terminate the employment of CEO Todd Plimpton without cause, effective immediately. A roll call vote was held, five to zero.”
The board then went on to appoint two labor negotiators, Directors Trey West and Gail McGrath, to work toward the future compensation and benefit adjustments of ongoing Acting CEO, Jayne O’Flanagan.
