New California State town hall planned in Quincy

The New California State (NCS) movement is in the process of forming the 51st state of the Union following the constitutional process in accordance with Article IV Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution, “the only legal and constitutional pathway to a new state,” according to NCS supporters. “Not since 1861 when, West Virginia became a Union state have the circumstances been present to give rise to a new state.”

Since creating the NCS movement and declaring Independence Jan. 15, 2018, 47 out of the 58 California counties have been certified to become active participating county committees in the NCS movement. NCS has grow to include all rural counties and portions of counties representing as many as 52 counties total. “Since declaring independence, the counties have read 95 grievances against the state of California and its “Communist Tyrannical Government,” according to NCS supporters.

The NCS is planning a town hall at Round Table Pizza, 60 E. Main St., in Quincy on Saturday, Feb. 15, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. For more information visit the New California website at www.newcaliforniastate.com or call (877) 828-2753.
