Nov. 18: Plumas announces 8 more COVID cases – all Quincy area
The Quincy/American Valley continues to see a rise in coronavirus cases and today is no different.
The Plumas County Public Health Agency announced this evening, Nov. 18, eight additional coronavirus cases all from the Southern Region (Quincy/American Valley).
All eight of the residents are related to already identified positive individuals. The contact tracing investigations are still on-going. If an exposed resident is identified during the investigation, the resident will be contacted by a member of the Public Health COVID-19 Response Team for further screening.
There are now 161 total cases with 37 being active.
