Nov. 19: Four more cases for Plumas
The Plumas County Public Health Agency announced this evening, Nov. 19, four additional coronavirus cases.
The contact tracing investigations are still on-going. If an exposed resident is identified during the investigation, the resident will be contacted by a member of the Public Health COVID-19 Response Team for further screening.
One resident in the Western Region (Lake Almanor Basin);
One resident in the Eastern Region (Graeagle/ Portola);
Two residents from the Southern Region (Quincy/American Valley)
There are now 165 total cases with 35 being active. (It’s interesting to note that the map indicates that there are no active cases in the Indian Valley area. Though an Indian Valley man may no longer be considered to have an active case of coronavirus, he is still too ill to return home and remains hospitalized.)
