Nov. 21: Plumas announces four new cases

The Plumas County Public Health Agency announced this evening, Nov. 21, four additional coronavirus cases.

Three of the four new positive cases are related to already known cases. Contact tracing investigations have started. If an exposed resident is identified during the investigation, the resident will be contacted by a member of the Public Health COVID-19 Response Team for further screening.

One resident in the Eastern Region (Graeagle/ Portola);

One residentin the Northern Region (Indian Valley);

Two residents from the Southern Region (Quincy/American Valley)

There are now 177 total cases with 40 considered active.
