PG&E hosts mobile help center in Greenville on March 1

Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) is hosting a mobile customer help center in Greenville where customers can access in-person answers to questions about obtaining power while rebuilding structures after the Dixie Fire.
 
The mobile help center will be outside the Evergreen Market at 427 Crescent St. in Greenville on Tuesday, March 1, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., weather permitting. Staff can answer questions and provide information on re-establishing energy services for rebuilt homes and businesses.
 
PG&E representatives can walk customers through the process of obtaining temporary and permanent power, as well as ask questions about tree removals.
 
In accordance with PG&E’s guidelines to ensure customer and employee safety, PG&E employees will follow social distancing guidelines.
 
Customers impacted by wildfires who are going to rebuild or have questions are urged to contact PG&E early and apply for temporary power by visiting www.pge.com/cco or email [email protected].
