Plans underway for new cafe

At least one hope for the new year in Indian Valley looks like it will come true. The lights are on and it looks like a deep cleaning is going on in the old Anna’s Café. The sign hanging in the window simply states a café called Rose Water will be opening in 2020. Photo by Meg Upton
