Play Bingo for cash prizes
Starting at 1 p.m. inside Chester Veterans Memorial Hall, community members are invited to try and win a small “fortune” as participants in the Chester Bingo tournament that’s held every Wednesday, with a $10 buy-in with regular games paying out $25; plus one blackout game awarding $75 and one awarding a $100 pot. Players can also enjoy refreshments plus candy and chips for 75 cents each and free coffee. Donations are welcome as well, to help defray the cost to rent the room. In May, game time will begin at 6 p.m. and last approximately three hours.
