Plumas County sees drop in COVID hospitalizations

According to the most recent data posted by the Plumas County Public Health Agency,  today, Jan. 31, the county has a total of 2,839 reported COVID cases, with 131 cases reported in the past seven days.

There are 190 individuals in isolation, with two hospitalized currently. (Both figures are a decrease from the last report on Jan. 27)

The test positivity rate is 26.1 percent, (also a slight decrease) which doesn’t account for at-home tests or for those who aren’t getting a test.
