Plumas Performing Arts offers free summer music program
Plumas Performing Arts is hosting a free Summer Music program for student and adult musicians this month! Classes are available in Chester, Greenville, Portola and Quincy for K-12 students and are beginner friendly! Adults can also join the fun with a handbell choir in Chester on Tuesday evening or an all-county community band in Quincy Monday nights.
