Portola and Quincy libraries to be open Sundays in August

The Quincy and Portola branches of the Plumas County Library will be open Sundays in August to help accommodate the evacuees from the Dixie Fire.

The Quincy Branch will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the Portola Branch will be open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for evacuees to use computers, plug in their devices, or just take a breather away from where they are sheltering. This will be in effect for Sunday Aug. 15, Aug. 22, and Aug. 29.
