Public invited to attend Plumas redistricting hearing Nov. 23

Plumas County will hold its final Redistricting Public Hearing on Tuesday, Nov. 23, at 1 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, located at 520 Main St., Room 308, Quincy, CA, 95971. The meeting will also be available to attend virtually via zoom.

This will be the last chance for the public to provide input directly to the Board of Supervisors before the final map is adopted on Dec. 7, 2021.

The map selected by the Board of Supervisors on Dec. 7 will be limited to the map or maps chosen Nov. 23. There is still time to submit a draft map before the Public Hearing on the 23rd. Members of the public can draw a map and submit to the email below or at the meeting, or use the District Scenario Modeler on the Plumas County Redistricting Website at https://plumas-county-district-scenario-modeler-maulfoster.hub.arcgis.com.
