Plumas Unified School District reported two new COVID cases on Nov. 10 — one at C. Roy Carmichael in Portola and one at the Pioneer campus of Quincy Elementary. This brings the Pioneer campus count to five within the past week. One classroom was closed due to a cluster of four cases.
The district is working with the Public Health Agency to contact trace and notify those who could be impacted. The California Department of Public Health is helping with the county’s contact tracing.
