Quincy Chamber of Commerce announces third annual Easter Scramble
The Easter Scramble is a fun-filled adventure for participants and a great way to bring new folks into local businesses.
Chamber member businesses can participate by completing an invitation and returning it to the Quincy Chamber of Commerce between Feb. 10 and Friday, Feb. 21.
On Monday, March 2, game cards will be offered for sale at The Toy Store on Main Street in Quincy. To play, individuals simply purchase a game card for $1 and then go to each of the participating businesses to find the Golden Egg.
Once they have found it, they identify its location to the business owner/employee for the employee to sign off on the game card. Once the game card has been signed off by all participating businesses, the card is returned to The Toy Store to be entered into a drawing to win $100 in gift certificates at any of the participating businesses the player chooses from their game card.
The game ends Tuesday, March 31. The winner will be drawn the first week of April and announced April 8.
New this year, event organizers have split the contest in two! This year there is a contest for adults and one for kids, with a winner in each category.
So Chamber members, be on the lookout! Invitations will be arriving by mail and email, and will be available on the Chamber website at www.quincychamber.com.
