Quincy kindness

Whitney Maez’s Quincy Elementary School fourth-grade class gathers with Inge Stock’s Plumas Charter School kindergarten class at Dame Shirley Plaza in Quincy on Jan. 31. As part of their participation in the Great Kindness Challenge Week, the older students read to the younger students from books they had chosen and brought from their classroom. The fourth-graders were able to share their interests and display their leadership abilities while imparting literacy and language arts lessons.
