Quincy Library open Sunday to provide respite for evacuees

The  Quincy branch of the Plumas County Library will be open from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 8 for evacuees to use computers, plug in their devices, or just take a breather away from where they are sheltering.
