Quincy Soroptimist Easter egg hunt is April 9

After a two-year hiatus due to COVID, the popular Quincy Soroptimist Easter egg hunt returns Saturday, April 9, at the Plumas-Sierra County Fairgrounds. Rain or shine, youngsters are invited to hunt for goodie-filled eggs. Beginning at 10 a.m., youngsters can also get their picture taken with the Easter Bunny through Photography by Lesley. Packages start at $5.

Following are the hunt times by age group:

Up to age 2: 11 a.m.

Ages 3 and 4: 11:10 a.m.

Ages 5 and 6: 11:20 a.m.

Ages 7 and 8: 11:30 a.m.

Turn in the plastic eggs after the hunt and receive a prize.
