Reminder: Safe Trick-or-Treat event today in Quincy
The Quincy Chamber of Commerce’s annual Downtown Trick or Treat will be held from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in downtown Quincy today, Oct. 29. Businesses throughout downtown as well as the Plumas County Courthouse are ready for trick-or-treaters today.
