Rotary Club of Portola sponsor Area Speech and Music Contests
The Rotary Club of Portola sponsored the Area Speech and Music Contests at the Portola United Methodist Church the weekend of April 2. Clubs from Quincy, Loyalton and Portola sent contestants. According to organizers, “The participants were truly impressive demonstrating their musical and public speaking skills.”
