September wedding for Indian Valley couple
Thomas and Julianna MungerThomas Munger wed Julianna Arteaga on Sunday, Sept. 15, at Key Brand Angus Ranch on North Valley Road in Indian Valley.
The Walker Fire was burning nearby, and though it was a challenge to hold a ceremony during the fire, the wind and smoke subsided just in time.
Thomas is an employee of Sierra Pacific industries and Julianna is a childcare provider in Plumas County.
Julianna was born and raised in Greenville. Thomas is from Riverside and the two met in San Luis Obispo while Julianna was attending college. The Mungers said “I do” on their fifth-year anniversary of dating.
They share a child together, Ryleigh Anne Munger. The family resides in Quincy.
