Surprise presentation
Supervisor Kevin Goss surprises the Rev. George Tarleton with a certificate of recognition for his years offering prayers for the county. Tarleton rarely misses a Board of Supervisors meeting where he offers a prayer during the traditional public comment period. Tarleton is a retired minister; he’s served as a law enforcement officer, and had long careers in two branches of the military. He lives in Meadow Valley, but is moving to Quincy.
