Ten percent of ballots in; if you haven’t received one there’s still time
As of this afternoon, May 24, 10 percent of ballots have been returned to the Plumas County Elections Office.
If someone has not received their ballot, and they are currently registered to vote in Plumas County, they should contact the office at530-283-6256 or go to [email protected]
“We can make sure their voter registration is up to date, and can get their ballot to them,” said Marcy DeMartile, the county’s chief elections official. “Next Tuesday, May 31, will be the last day we can mail any ballot for this election.”
The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day, June 7, 2022. It will be closed Monday, May 30, in observance of Memorial Day.
