He owned and operated Swofford’s Auto Machine and served as Plumas County District One Supervisor for eight years. Terry enjoyed being a part of the community and volunteered his time to serving others. His hobbies included stock car racing with his students and son. He was well known for telling people and friends to “Hubba Bubba” when trying to keep them on task, hence he is known by many as “Bubba.”
