The Rotary Club of Portola comes together to bring additional warmth and joy to the holiday season Nov. 18 at the Plumas Crisis Intervention and Resource Center (PCIRC) in Portola after the inception of a project called Thanksgiving in a Box, designed by Community Service Chair Joleen Zuidervaart Cline. Over 100 Thanksgiving dinners were handed out over the course of the day.
