The Unique and United States is the homecoming parade theme
It may be the first time the Chester High School Class of 2025 (seventh grade) has participated in the homecoming parade, but they are up to the task and maybe they really want to impress the students they left behind at Chester Elementary as they choose the biggest state in the union for their float theme. An Alaskan float demands and provides a host of scenes to illustrate a massive countryside. The state flag, mountains, the aurora borealis and an igloo with bears were included. Photo by Gregg Scott
