Town hall meeting on Covid canceled due to Covid
A town hall meeting that had been planned for the evening of Thursday, Feb. 3, with a focus on Covid-19 has been canceled. The organizers, a grassroots group known as Community Conversations, said it was canceled due to too many Covid cases, rendering such a gathering unwise at this time.
Supervisor Greg Hagwood, Dr. Mark Satterfield and Sheriff Todd Johns had been scheduled to address questions and concerns. While the meeting was to be held in Quincy, residents from throughout the county were invited to attend.
