Travel not advised
The CHP is reporting multiple spin outs and accidents due to weather conditions. Highway 70 is currently closed in the Feather River Canyon. There also reports of jackknifed big rigs near Hallelujah Junction. The CHP is advising motorists to say off the roads unless absolutely necessary. The power is currently out in portions of Quincy.
