Drs. Mark Satterfield and Jeff Kepple were the first to receive the COVID-19 vaccine at Plumas District Hospital on Dec. 21. Before they did, they sat down for a question and answer session with Plumas News Editor Debra Moore designed to share as much information as possible about the vaccine with Plumas County residents.
