Voter information guides sent by the state – should arrive by Friday

While Plumas County residents have received their ballot, they may not have received the accompanying voter information guide and that has many asking why.

Clerk-Recorder Kathy Williams explains that the booklets are sent by the Secretary of State’s office, not the county, and they should arrive by this Friday. She also reminds individuals that only booklet is sent per household, not one per voter, so they should check with others who may be picking up the mail.
