What’s open and closed on Monday, Feb. 13?
Some entities recognize Lincoln’s birthday as a holiday; while others wait until President’s Day, which will be celebrated Feb. 20. This year, Lincoln’s birthday falls on Sunday, Feb. 12, so some institutions will be closed Monday, Feb. 13.
All county and judicial offices will be closed.
All Plumas Unified schools will be closed, with the exception of Feather River College which observed the holiday on Feb. 10. Plumas Charter was also closed Friday, and will be open Monday.
Garbage service is normal.
State and federal offices are open.
Banks are open.
