Letter to the Editor: Conversation with a bear
Please thank Ken Donnell for the article, “My conversation with a fellow Dixie Fire refugee” (Oct. 29). A sad and tender, beautifully written story. My heart is with all the wildlife, domestic animals and the people of Greenville and Indian Valley. The healing has begun with people like Ken. Here’s a picture of one of the bears that used to visit us, drinking water from the fountain.
