Plumas Pines women

It was a cold and blustery day but nine hardy golfers came out for some fun on the links. The game of the day was Scratch Three. Players added their total score, subtracted their three worst holes, and then deducted 50 percent of their handicap for the net score.

Cathy Cianciolo played an excellent round and with a net 58 placed first. Judy Rossi and Jan Anderson tied with a net 63.5 each and placed second. Carol DeLuca placed third with a net 65.5. Commendable scores given the conditions!

There were three chip-ins by Jan Anderson, Jackie Luckey and Laurie Humphries.

All ladies were very pleased to get in out of the cold to be spoiled by Jodi our Longboard’s barista.

See you next week when Plumas ladies are hosting Graeagle, Whitehawk, Grizzly Ranch and The Dragon Women’s Clubs for a Par Tee after golf played from the new forward tees.
