Play continues at Graeagle Meadows
Two games were played Oct. 21 at Graeagle Meadows with the players vying for both low gross as well as low net honors. Two players, Jim Reynolds and Ron Eaton, tied for low gross honors with the score of 87. For low net, first place went to Jim Oster, with a 69, and George AKA Freddy Fraser came in with a 70 for second place.
Skins on Wednesday were taken by Andy Knudsen with a 3 on hole 2, George Fraser took holes 3 and 8 with scores of 1 and 2 respectively, Chuck Franck took hole 13 with a 3 and Tom Fregulia grabbed hole 14 with a 3.
The game Oct. 23 was 2-man par points, where players are rewarded with points for par, birdie and so on and the higher the score the better. The first-place team of Norm Nichols and Jack Gilbert came in with a score of 54, second place was the team of Grant Mayfield and Andy Knudsen with the score of 55. Norm Miller was teamed up with Norm Nichols (who was a blind draw) to take third place with a score of 54.
Bryan Hansen took two skins by shooting 2 on hole 2 and a 1 on hole 8; Steve Harding took hole 10 with a 2, Norm Nichols took hole 15 with a 3 and Norm Miller took hole 18 with a 3.
